By accessing or using ImgNova (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
2. About the Service
ImgNova is an AI-powered creative platform that provides:
- AI Video Generation
- AI Image Generation
- AI Voice / TTS
- AI Characters / Chat
- Editing Tools & Filters
We continuously improve and update models including VEO-3, FLUX.1, SDXL, SOR-2, WAN and internal engines.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ImgNova. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Prohibited Use & Safety Rules
You agree NOT to generate, upload, or request any of the following content:
- Sexual content of any kind, including nudity, pornography, fetish content
- Any sexualized depiction of minors (real, fictional, AI-generated, or implied)
- Violence, gore, torture, self-harm, terrorism or extremist content
- Hate speech, harassment, racism, or discriminatory content
- Misleading deepfakes, impersonation, or political manipulation
- Illegal activities, drugs, weapons, human trafficking
- Copyright-infringing or trademark-violating content
- Attempts to bypass filters, rate limits, or internal system protections
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated misuse
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating these rules.
5. Content Ownership & License
- You own full commercial rights to all content you generate.
- ImgNova does not store your prompts, uploads, or outputs.
- We do not train AI models on your personal content.
- You are fully responsible for how you use generated content.
6. Payments, Billing & Merchant of Record
All payments are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
- ImgNova never stores or processes your card details.
- Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment and do not renew automatically.
- Billing issues and invoices are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms. In general:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days.
- Refunds may be denied if the account has been heavily used (e.g., thousands of generations).
- Abuse of refunds may result in permanent account termination.
8. Service Availability & Updates
We continuously update ImgNova with new models, features and improvements. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We are not responsible for downtime caused by:
- Cloud or GPU provider outages
- Maintenance or updates
- External APIs or model providers
- Force majeure events
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgNova shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business
- Content generated through misuse or user violations
- Actions taken by payment processors or third-party services
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You generate prohibited content
- Fraud or chargeback abuse occurs
- Required by law or by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy)
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
